Privacy Policy
We run a cookieless marketing site and keep only the order records we need to deliver and defend a licence. This page says exactly what that means.
1. Who is responsible
Supercollective is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact support@supercollective.studio, Supercollective, Bengaluru, India 560037 for any privacy question or request.
2. Visiting this website
No cookies, no ad tech, no cross-site tracking. This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising, social, or profiling scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of.
We measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build profiles. It reports page views, referrers, country, and browser or device class in aggregate. We cannot identify you from it.
Cloudflare also serves this site and, as any host must, processes request metadata such as IP address for delivery, caching, and abuse prevention. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and reliability.
3. Buying a licence
Checkout runs on Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record. Polar collects and processes your name, email address, billing and tax details, and payment information under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details.
From a completed order we receive and keep:
- your email address and any name or company on the order;
- the order ID, tier purchased, amount, and country for tax and accounting;
- your licence key and its activation state;
- the account identifier used to grant you source access; and
- a record that you accepted the licence and refund terms at checkout, with the version you accepted.
We use this to deliver your licence, provide support and updates, meet accounting and tax obligations, and enforce the licence against redistribution. That is a mix of performing our contract with you, complying with law, and our legitimate interest in protecting the product.
4. Email we send you
Fulfillment, licence, update, and support emails are sent through Resend, which processes your email address on our behalf to deliver them. These are transactional messages tied to your purchase, not marketing. If we ever send a marketing email, it will carry an unsubscribe link and honour it.
5. Source access
Product source is delivered through a code-hosting account. To grant access we share the account identifier you give us with that provider, which processes it under its own terms. If your licence is fully refunded or terminated, that access is revoked.
6. Who else sees your data
Only the providers above — payment and merchant of record, email delivery, code hosting, site delivery and analytics — each acting on our instructions or as an independent controller for its own service, plus our accountants and, where legally required, authorities. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.
These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country under the safeguards in their respective agreements and privacy policies.
7. How long we keep it
Order, acceptance, licence, and revocation records are kept for as long as the licence is live and afterwards for the period our accounting, tax, and limitation obligations require — typically several years. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the personal data we hold, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@supercollective.studio and we will respond within the period your law requires.
Some records we cannot delete on request: we must retain proof of purchase, licence acceptance, and revocation to satisfy tax law and to defend the licence. We will always tell you when that applies and delete everything else.
Payment and billing records held by Polar Software Inc. are subject to its policy; we will point you to the right contact if a request belongs with them.
9. Children
This is a product for professional developers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and its version and date. Where the change is material and affects you, we will tell buyers by email.
