1. Who you are dealing with

superslate.dev and the superslate source product are operated by Supercollective ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying the product you accept these terms.

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record for the transaction and handles payment, tax, invoicing, and chargebacks under its own terms. We license the product to you under the Source Product Commercial License. Where the two documents cover different things, each governs its own subject.

2. Using this website

You may read, link to, and quote this site. You may not scrape it to build a substitute product, misrepresent your relationship with us, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Automated crawlers, including AI crawlers, are welcome within the limits published in robots.txt.

Marketing claims on this site describe the product as it exists at the time of writing. The documentation is the accurate description of what is included; where a marketing page and the documentation disagree, the documentation governs.

3. What you are buying

superslate is a one-time purchase of a perpetual licence to a source-code product. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew. Two tiers are sold:

  • Individual — one named developer, unlimited End Products owned by you.
  • Team — one legal entity, every developer inside it, no seat count and no per-developer fee.

The scope, restrictions, and ownership terms of each tier are set out in full in the Source Product Commercial License. Read it before purchasing; it is the document that determines what you may build.

4. Delivery and fulfillment

After payment is confirmed we issue your licence key and grant access to the product source. Delivery is electronic. If access has not arrived within one business day, contact support@supercollective.studio with your order ID and we will resolve it.

Access is tied to the purchasing identity recorded in the order. If you need it moved to a different account or email address, ask us — we will revoke the old grant before issuing the new one, so access is never live in two places at once.

5. Updates and support

Founding cohort purchases include lifetime updates. Licences sold after that cohort closes include twelve months of updates. Ending an update term never disables a version you lawfully downloaded.

Support is best-effort email support for the product as shipped: setup problems, defects, and questions about documented behaviour. It is not bespoke implementation, code review of your application, or architectural consulting. Those require a separate written scope.

6. Refunds

The product is licensed source code that cannot be returned once access is delivered. We therefore do not offer technical-fit, change-of-mind, project-cancellation, or unused-licence refunds. All sales are final once source access is delivered, subject to mandatory law and the merchant of record's rights.

Please review the published stack, requirements, and licence scope, and ask before buying.

Discretionary review

We may, but are not obliged to, approve a full or partial refund for a specific, verifiable reason. Circumstances we will review include:

  • a duplicate charge or accidental duplicate licence;
  • source access that was not delivered within the promised window;
  • a material mismatch between the delivered tier and your order; or
  • a reproducible material defect in the unmodified product that prevents the documented setup path and is not remedied or worked around within a reasonable period.

A discretionary review does not create an entitlement, promise the same outcome to another buyer, or waive the licence. Change of framework preference, lack of use, project cancellation, insufficient implementation time, third-party costs, or use in breach of the licence ordinarily will not justify a refund.

How to request one

Write from the purchase email address to support@supercollective.studio with your order ID, the tier, whether source access was received, and the specific reason. We acknowledge direct requests within two business days; a thread forwarded by Polar within 48 hours. Polar controls payment processing time and may request additional verification.

Effect of a full refund

When we, the merchant of record, or applicable law approve a full refund: repository, download, update, support, and licence-key benefits are revoked; the commercial source licence terminates; and you must stop using and delete the product source and derived copies within three calendar days, retaining only your own original material that no longer contains it. We may ask you to confirm deletion in writing, and we retain the order and revocation records we need for accounting, fraud prevention, and enforcement.

Nothing here limits any refund, withdrawal, conformity, defect, or other remedy that applicable law requires. For immediately delivered digital content, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right requires the separate consent and acknowledgement your law demands, which is collected at checkout.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The product is provided "as is". The full warranty disclaimer and liability cap are set out in Sections 12 and 13 of the Source Product Commercial License and apply to everything you obtain from us, including this website. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your licence, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

You are responsible for your own End Products: their security, their compliance, their data, and their users. Hosting, payment, email, and other third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms and billed by them.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. A change never reduces rights already granted for a version you downloaded, nor retroactively shortens a paid entitlement. The version and date at the top of this page identify the current text.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections and the merchant of record's transaction terms, these terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
